The Mini sample Set is provided for those who have more modest requirements and/or budgets. It’s also a way of further evaluating the sound of the Haverhill OIC organ whilst limiting your financial outlay. For those who purchase this set, there is an upgrade path to the full Haverhill OIC organ - further details available on the order page.
Although there are significantly fewer stops, every effort has been made to provide a balance of registers that will form a coherent two manual organ and the resulting specification is consistent with the sort of instrument that may be found in many English churches. In particular, there is no compromise in the quality of the samples, which are identical to those presented in the full set.
Although the samples are unchanged, some simple voicing has been carried out to optimise the balance between stops and divisions. Both the Great Suabe Flute and the Swell Mixture are in fact stops taken from the Choir organ of the original instrument.
This set won’t place too many demands on your computer hardware - please see the user manual (download link below) for more details of memory usage.
